There is a Mary Jane in Gwen’s universe, who is gay and is in a relationship with Glory Grant.

and I’m sorry to say, Gwen is not bi or gay, as a matter of fact, the recently announced sequel will feature a relationship between Miles and Gwen.

As for Peter B. Parker, he is not the original, he is from a different universe from the original Peter Parker.

The Original was married to Mary Jane for twenty years, but due to circumstances resulting from the first Civil War, Aunt May was shot and in order to save her, Peter made a deal with Mephisto, marvel’s version of the devil, in exchange for his marriage to Mary Jane, so right now in the comics, Peter and Mary Jane’s Marriage never happened. if you’re interested, you’ll find it under the title “One More Day”, but I warn you, it is considered one if not the worst story of Spider-Man. And even to this day, 10 years later spider-man fans are asking for it to be reversed.
