    Hi again

I came back to see if there was any reply to my comment from you and see if you had an opinion to what I said.

Except I found it had been deleted, and my only understanding would be that you might have considered me to be a troll, and I can assure I’m not. Those were my true opinions of the show. and not an attempt to start something, or even to offend anyone.

I honestly did not like it, to me the new She-Ra is a new show with a She-Ra skin, simply a way to play on the nostalgia factor.

And while I can’t say it about others, to me She-Ra is a big part of me, I even have the Sideshow collectable exclusive of her, and to see her turned into what we now have, I consider a disrespect to what She-Ra is and this new She-Ra definitely is not, not by a long shot.

and while you might say the show is not for me, which might be true, one would think that when you announce a reboot of an She-Ra, you would expect the fans that have kept it going all these years would of course interested and that they might be disappointed with what it was, like I was. and that just saddens me.

And I’d like to add, I have no issue whatsoever is change the sexuality or body type of a character, if the creators what to make She-Ra, Catra or any other an LGBTTQQIAAP character I have issue with that. but that does not extend to animation, dialogue, story, personality or voice, which this She-Ra has failed miserably in.

All in all, I respect your opinion, you liked it that’s fine with me, you are free to have your opinion, like I am to have mine. and I would never try to change that in anyone. Like I said, I am not a troll and I certainly didn’t do it to offend anyone or start anything. My apologies if that how my comment came across.

Quick note for your tags: it’s Grayskull with an A, not an E

Ok you really need to do a follow up episode where you guys watch the first few episodes of the original series.

really love this reboot I grew up with the re-runs of original She-ra I always thought it was a fun and goofy magical girl show from the 80’s but I really enjoy the show I was skeptical on this reboot I’m always skeptical about every reboot but after I got the chance to watch the new show I just loved it Bow is my favorite Seahawk is like a more fun Han Solo and it’s just fun and it’s stay faithful to the original. Also I kinda do want He-man to come in later maybe somewhere in the later seasons mostly because it be interesting to see her reacting to her actually having some family and the reactions of Bow, Glimmer, and Catra Also the show has made hints to He-man so I wouldn’t mind him coming into the show eventually as a 2 parter and as a backdoor pilot to his own show they can team up making the old school fans happy but he can go protect his own world leaving She-ra to do her own thing but overall I love this show and I can’t wait for more

Remember: you can’t trust “The Promise.” Light Hope is controlling the entire thing, with the express purpose of destroying Adora’s relationships.

I’m REWATCHING this show from the start again. It’s just too good.

BTW, you guys need a subreddit!

Don’t hate on Entrapta, she is so very autistic and I love her.

    • Bronwyn says:

Science is her special interest, she’s got food sensory issues, stimming/spinning, very black and white view of the world, seen by others as naive, info dumps. She’s not “science nerd” she’s “autistic person”.
