Don’t know exactly how the French system goes, but I beleive Belgium school system is simelar
So
Kindergarten: age 4-6
Elementary age 6-13
Middelbaar (Middle school) age 13-18
Higher education 18-…
We don’t have a separate middle school/high school system,but middelbaar is 3tiered.
From what I know off the production it could take 8 to 18 months for season 2 and 3 to be ready.
The show has a 2d version,which was used as a promotional,that was animated in Japan by Toei (I believe),it got rejected.
But Toei and the French studio made a deal with a Korean studio for the 3d animation.
They’re plans to do a Japanese OVA based on the original animation if the show does well in Japan.
The 1 thing I can say about the order of episodes the origin ones definatly should have been the last 1 aired
Oh, interesting, so “middle school” might just be a combined middle and high. That would not give us any specifics as to their grade lol.
8-18 months? 🙁 Yeah we’ll definitely do the origins last.
Grades tend to restart as well in these systems
I believe there either in 3th or 4th grade,those are the years when they start pushing students in taking courses aimed at careers or further study

That post is definitely interesting. I agree this episode had a lot to say about Adrien’s lack of self-confidence, and I think the episode was purposely not resolving it, because it’s the main conflict for his character. The stuff in the robot is definitely interesting in that they’re turning the typical dynamic with the two of them, ladybug does everything, into a characterization for Adrien.
