Before I start I’m commenting off of memory so my points may not be great. Anyways I’m super excited for the Young Justice to come out, but I hope it doesn’t air on Cartoon Network. While they have good shows I feel like they ruin a lot of other ones. I’m super excited about the continuation if Star after the mid season finale, especially with signs that Eclipsa is coming. I’m also excited for Miraculous Ladybug with the new hero’s and despite all odds I’m looking forward to a Chloe redemption. Voltron… Its Voltron it needs its own class it’s amazing. And I’m iffy on RWBY right now I think compared to season 2 and the beginning of season 1 it’s not that great. With web series I don’t watch much but I’m considering Pokémon Generations, I’m a Pokémon nerd to the point where my parents had to restrict the amount of episodes I watch, I played with the cards, I played the hanfheld games, and signed up to beta test when Pokemon Go came out. All in all I really like the shows that came out this year and am excited to see them continued. (I’m behind on movies so I can’t comment on those)

I’m curious, you’ve said that AT is in its prime right now, but you haven’t podcasted about it since the Stakes miniseries. Any reason for that? I haven’t found a good Adventure Time covering podcast since the Conversation Parade miniseries, so you could really corner the market if you actually like it. I would’ve loved to hear Preboot/Reboot analysis, plus there’s a bomb coming up in late January!

    • Dylan Hysen says:

Yeah more frequent AT podcasts have been something that’s always on my radar but we never get around to. Most AT episodes aren’t super easy to discuss, but we definitely could have done Preboot and Reboot. Sam and I were planning the Islands miniseries coverage at the very least, although now with a Steven Bomb that week that complicates it.

      • Alex says:

Yeah, and Preboot/Reboot aired on the Saturday immediately after Beta/Earthlings IIRC, so that’s always gonna happen, since I think CN is using SU as a piggyback to boost AT ratings. And it’s a shame, because I don’t think ratings are down due to quality, but rather that AT scheduling is even more frustrating than SU. Hopefully you can find a workaround to podcast about at least the Islands series (maybe a second-team group heh).

        • Dylan Hysen says:

At the very least we’ll do one on the whole miniseries after the fact but yeah I’ll look into different ways to do it.

If you add Loud House to the lineup, I hope you do a Loud House survival one day. Who would win? I don’t know, Lynn has to be one of the favorites because she is athletic, Lisa is sneakily crafty, and don’t count out Lori. Though Lana would be lucky to make it past the first vote.
