Welcome to the Overly Animated Podcast, where we take animation seriously! We have critical and fan-oriented discussions for various animated shows, movies, and anime.

We are currently providing regular coverage of new episodes for the following shows: Steven Universe, Rick and Morty, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Voltron: Legendary Defender, and Miraculous Ladybug.

In addition we have podcasts discussing other shows season-by-season, as well as new and old contributions to the world of animation.

From 2007 to early 2015, some of the hosts of this podcast comprised an Avatar: the Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra podcast, “From the Spirit World”, 158 episodes of that podcast were made in that span, and we bring that extensive podcasting experience to this one.

These podcasts are driven by our passion for animated fare. They have an intended audience for anyone who shares that passion, no matter their age. Podcasts will be age appropriate for the demographic of the show discussed.
