Well I hope to see more of Allura and Piege interacting as friends. I don’t mean in a romantic way, not that I would mind, personally I am more interesting in characters becoming friends than shipping stuff.
Personally I was more happy beginning of Book 3 when Korra and Asami and become friends, than the ending of the series, not that I am anti Korrasami, that was just a happy bonus to me.
I do hope the Galora race has more depth, they are not just an evil race, that is boring. When either a country or a planet is an antagonist, I don’t like the idea of making all of them just evil people, like the Fire Nation they are not evil, they just had some bad leadership, or Homeworld, if giving the opportunity, a Homeworld gems can have feelings. I want that for the Galoran race, and perhaps the finale gives me hope.
And I do think the season finale of Steven Universe will have a similar separation trope, well kind of. I don’t think Steven will be alone, he will be with the reformed home world gems, while Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl they will be alone.
